I was in search for a storage unit and went into this location. I am so glad I did! The manager I think her name is Myia was so pleasant and kind. She was very knowledgeable and aware of what they had available, as well as the pricing . In this day and time customer service is very important and she is great at what she does. Great to see someone who cares. I would recommend this storage space location just from my interaction and conversation with her.
Maya and Jennifer at First Storage are great! Their customer service has been communicative, helpful, and clear. When I needed to transition units, they both ensured the process was smooth and offered a plan to make it happen. During such a stressful time, their assistance made everything much more feasible. The facility is clean, bathroom onsite, easy access points, multiple dollies, and good rates. Highly recommend.
My experience is nothing short of amazing at First Storage! The entire building is super clean, My unit included! Myia Stewart the manager was amazing!! She was very polite, professional and eager to welcome new tenants! My family and I are so excited to now be a part of the First Storage Family if you are looking for Storage you should definitely become part of the family also!!!!
Miya was very kind and she made my experience a pleasant one. She explained everything to me. Afterwards she asked if I had any questions and then she welcomed me. Miya made everything so easy for me. She was smiling and very warm and friendly.
Update! Went today 7-3-26 to get the rest of my family members items to clear out the unit. Found several more ROACHES in the unit, skin the ROACHES SHED AND there was a ROACH crawling around in the trash can in the office! This place is so disgusting! Also funny how management responded to other Google reviews that were good yet no one has responded to my review of a ROACH infestation at this storage place with ROACHES in my family members unit and belongings AND found out that there have been many more complaints of ROAC... read more
