I just wanted to say! That every time I stop in the this facility. I've always been treated with kindness from Melina!! Im so happy she still within the company with all the changes it has been through! That young lady is awesome and you should be very happy having her working there....she will go far within the company
I couldn’t be happier with this storage facility. It’s always clean, safe, affordable, and very well maintained, but what really stands out to me is how attentive the staff is. I have some incredibly personal and irreplaceable belongings stored here that belonged to my mother, who has passed away, so knowing they’re somewhere secure and genuinely looked after gives me tremendous peace of mind. Highly recommend!
The office staff was super helpful and made our move easy n affordable. If you want great customer service and a good deal check them out.
This was such a nice experience! The lady at the front desk was amazing and soooo friendly. I know her name started with an M but I forget the whole name. She was beyond amazing. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating
Melina is the absolute best! She is always very helpful! Definitely recommend anyone looking for storage to go visit Melina at Extra Space!
