I appreciate the clean conditions of the business and the friendly staff. I have had help in putting items in my unit and the comments I hear from the help is the same: This is a nice storage place. It’s very clean and no bugs, spiders or other insects.
What a quick and painless process. We were downsizing and moving into one place and Angela made a stressful process really easy. She was so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate how fast and easy this was.
We just signed up and based on our experience with their staff would give five stars. Angela was very helpful and easy to work with when we arrived to sign our agreement.
Clean and easily excess able not to mention, only gripe the storage prices go up every 3 months , I asked the front desk if there was a cap on the prices she said she didn't know. So I'm guessing the company can do what they want.
Very nice staff at this storage but I would never rent again or recommend this heated warehouse. My first issue is accessibility. Hours are 9am-6pm which means I either miss lunch during the day or rush to the storage at 5pm after work. Its a total nightmare that puts me in a horrible mood every time. I have to grab all my gear the day before because it doesn't open until 9am. Second its hot and musty. My face is fully wet the entire time at the storage and little flies or nats are in the storage.
