Just purchased a storage here. I absolutely love this amazing storage unit very clean. Hospitality is good and Miss Robin has personality and very pleasant. We thank you so much for your service and being such a great facility. Prices are amazing. Also 10 out of 10 will recommend.
I am a college student at ODU and this is my second time using a storage unit here. I love the staff and the community. Robin and Lynn are very welcoming, helpful and made my process extremely easy. Last year the owner even helped me move my items into the storage unit (SHOUTOUT TO HIM!) Thank you for amazing service! I can’t wait to come back!
I have been a customer of this storage center for three years now, and Lynn has taken care of me pretty much every step of the way. Outstanding customer service! The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, especially Robin. She took the time to answer all my questions, made the process easy and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident storing my belongings here. The facility is well-maintained, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility with top-notch customer service.
The whole process was super easy, they were very helpful with explaining the insurance and getting me all set up. Robin and Jennifer were the best. Would highly recommend.
