Awesome customer service and very helpful!!
I went in for a tour of the facility, and store manager, Nick, explained everything to me and showed me some units. When I am ready, I am definitely going to store here! I really appreciated all of his help and professionalism!
This was my first time getting a storage unit and I was very flustered - I wasn’t sure what size I needed or anything. Nick was seriously so patient and kind - he explained everything and helped me get set up with the perfect unit for my needs. He was wonderful and really held my hand through the whole thing. Place is nice and clean, the gentleman who helped me and my mother was a pleasure to interact with and went above and beyond to help us learn everything we needed to know! I feel comfortable and confident about storing my belongings there in my new storage unit too!
