New location , Will helped me and my husband find the perfect fit for our storage needs. He was patient and very professional. Thank you for awesome service and holding it down all by your self . Will deserves a recognition for his great customer service.
Will was great. He took the time to meet me at the door and explain everything. Getting our first haul of things in was very easy. Place smells brand new as well and is very clean.

I stopped in to inquire about pricing on a storage unit at the location in Woonsocket, RI. Will answered all of my questions and showed me a few different units to help me figure out which option would suit my needs. He was professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to secure a unit and Will followed up by showing me how the lock to the unit works as well as a map of the floor where my unit is located. Great customer service!
