Max vault storage great storage unit I have 2 with them now. Wanna say thank you to Jordan for his exceptional customer service I called upset and it took him less than 120 seconds to fix my issue. Service is as good as Chick-fil-A. I would suggest y’all leave public storage along and go to Max volt storage. It’s gated you can always reach someone and they have security alarm system. Also, I’m an out of state Customer so I was put at ease after speaking with Jordan today!!!! I highly recommend this storage company
I've always like this storage facility, it's close by the major highways and in a good part of town! I have never had any issues with management or anything. Recently they have gotten some new owners that have come in. Immediately they started to make improvements, repairs, and generally have made the facility much better! I am so happy with the new ownership that has come in! They immediately have started to improve the facility and have made my experience as a customer much easier by implementing online access to accounts and autopay options. I never really had any issues with the old ownership, but it's great to see these new owners coming in and making the property even better!
I have been a customer with this storage facility for a few years, and having g an on sight manager has been very helpful.
Have really put a big effort into improving the property in Greenville, South Carolina, which was distressed when it was purchased not too long ago now it has security cameras, great prices, and just overall a much better property!! Definitely would recommend it to other folks
