Great storage facility with various unit sizes. It's much smaller compared to other facilities but that makes it feel more personable and not overwhelming. Excellent staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The office sells a variety of moving supplies to include boxes, packing paper, tape, etc. Easy access into and out of the facility. The staff is always friendly. We've had our storage with them since the Autumn of 2017 and secure in the choice we made. The storage lots are kept very well-insulated. Prices are reasonable, especially with inflation going on. We have no complaints.

Have been at this location almost 2 years and haven't had any issues or problems. Facility is clean and easy to access. Front desk staff was nice and helpful when I was looking for a place for storage and moving in arrangements. Would recommend.

We have been renting a climate controlled unit at this location for almost 4 years and have never had any issues. The staff is very personable and helpful, the facility is clean, and entry/exit into the area/unit is secure. I would definitely recommend this location

Facility is well lit and well maintained - I felt comfortable accessing outdoor storage at any time of day. Manager is helpful and friendly and available to customers. Would recommend North Syracuse location to anyone needing storage space in CNY.
