My daughter had a storage unit with them. She passed away 3 months ago and the staff was awesome! They gave me as much time as I needed to be able to go get her things out off the unit. I hope they know how much I appreciate them. I’ve also rented a unit there also before and they were very accommodating and helpful if I left my key or I needed to get in the building and I forgot the passcode or something. If I ever need a storage unit again you can bet it’s with them!
I've been leasing for almost a year. Staff is friendly and helpful and address issues promptly. They have dollies and many ways to make moving easy. The only issue is the price that has gone up without much notice and there's a charge for insurance now as well. But its still relatively cheap.
All my questions were answered completely. I felt at ease at all times. The tour was very helpful in choosing the unit size and finding the right ones for my needs. Thank you for the great service.
Indoor storage at the price of outdoor storage units. Very secure, clean and level temperature control. Heat in the winter and being indoors, it will be cooler than outside Excellent place to secure your storage needs. I have rented an outside type unit several times and one had moisture coming through the concrete floor, and the other was very hot in the summer. I am very pleased and just signed up for a second unit.
Excellent customer service they gave me a tour the unit is very clean the building is very clean. They even have carts for you to move things back and forth entire building is climate controlled. Will definitely recommend them
