They are always helpful. Jessica was very helpful and knew her job. . I buy and sell storage units through locker fox and this is the second time if used storage sense and they’ve been great to deal with each time. Price is pretty good for a clean sturdy locker with a light while many do not have. More times I end up renting the unit for a month or longer so price is very important as that cuts into my bottom line.
Over the holiday weekend, I was eager to setup a storage unit to move some bulk items into. I was happy to see I could do it myself online. I did struggle at first when my computer wasn’t letting the payment complete so it was hard to use the website at first. The girls were very friendly, gave clarity on the policy agreement and were fast and efficient! The price is reasonable and the promotion was a nice surprise in my time of need! Very thankful!
