I like the privacy out there,I appreciate not being watched,or people walking by and seeing what you have in your unit. And 24 hour access is great ,cause I canmKe this my last stop if I need to drop stuff off and not have to hurry and then drive across town again .
Easy to set up and get access.
Unfortunately, i have to adjust my ratings down from where it was previously based on my recent experiences from the new extra storage property managers. Higher prices snd less service hours after i already moved all my storage over to this location enticed by an extremely different picture marketed and promoted, only to switch it out once you have done the work to move in, with no notice of intended change of services communicated in advance.. Terrible place. Went to hell as soon as they took it over. I don’t think there is a single human being that works for the company. Most of the time I go there I have to deal with some large commercial entity that is blocking the gate. Customer service is nonexistent. Doubled the price from cubesmart when they took over for half the service and security. The place truly sucks and so does federal storage.
