Easy process start to finish. Clean unit. Sturdy and secure lock. Best expirence with a storage storage facility I've ever had. I recommend to anyone in the Des Moines area needing a good storage facility. 5 stars earned for sure . Good job 10federal owners and employees.

I’ve had my unit since last summer before it changed companies. I’m very impressed with how the transition went, honestly I’m not good at always checking my emails so I didn’t even realize it had changed. I’m not sure if it was that seamless on their end, but from a customer standpoint it was perfect. I love the new gate access, it works wonderfully and any questions I have had I was able to get answered right away. Fantastic customer service! Thank you!

Overall a good experience. Getting help by talking to an AI person was about as good as could be expected and I was transferred to a real person quite quickly—and they were helpful.

shouldn't get 1 star. I was paying Cubesmart $62.27 per month autopay for 3 months. Then out of the blue i get notified i need to enter new auto pay to 10 Federal Storage and monthly cost was increased to $111 per month. 78% increase. i was one day late on payment since autopay didn't work, they charged a late fee and removed access to my unit forcing me to pay to get access. This was the biggest rip off of my life. Moved to U-haul much better. This property was scary as well. No employees onsite everything run by technolog... read more

Instructions for entry are vague at best. Some location specific brief instructional videos could be a great asset for this operation IMHO...
