We really appreciate the cleanliness and the man who helped us get our unit all set up. His name was Kyle and he was so helpful. We were able to quickly and efficiently purchase a unit and get all set up . The hours are really good as well.
I was a bit concerned when I learned that this storage facility had changed management companies again but my apprehension eased after speaking with Austin today. I truly anticipate a better customer service experience and facility management. Austin was very helpful, he took time to share information about the company with me and handled my in store request promptly and courteously. He treated me as though the company appreciates me as a loyal customer and I appreciate him for that.
Suzy, explained the access point and corners for our Uhaul truck. It was very spacious! And we were able to get the job done of course! The Golden Rule of Moving!
Thank you! Kyle was through, showing me several units to find what would work best for me.
Suzy was extra helpful on the check-in process! She rolled up on the opposite side of the lot to let us in and make sure we had a lock and key. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Thanks Suzy!
