I've been trying to pay my friends storage for the past couple of days the phone number that is listed I call it and it's disconnected I also went to their website that's listed and it says it's unavailable! this is ridiculous I hope they don't charge a late fee everyday because they don't answer their phone that's out of my hands
I have rented a few units before. Trust me when I say this is my best experience. Clean calm environment I can access anytime I want or need. I know that the security system is working and they are on it. Makes me feel safe. As well as the availability of the staff keeps the communication level great.
