The 24 hour access is cool, but that also means people come in at all different times and in all different states of mind. I have heard people fighting, yelling, had a guy chase me out, and pretty sure there are drug deals happening in the regular. Plus, it's all virtual so there's no real person to ever talk to. So if you want "under the radar" this is the place!
Do not store your stuff in here too many police reports! This company is all about profit and doesn't care about the customers or communication. BTW, It's an outdoor facility and has a lot of problems with storage theft and rodent infestation! Another problem is that there is no on-site assistance to help you only an AI and or phone help til 5PM. They let you believe the facility is cheap then gauge you with excessive charges. AI is your CS but real workers come to review your unit if you miss a payment. TY
Great customer service they help change my unit to a bigger unit and to a more maneuverable area where I can get in and out easily with my SUV unlike where the end side section where my original unit was at was very difficult to get my truck in and out not worth the possible damage to vehicle
Great customer service! Quick and easy to rent
Customer service are non existent. Spent over 5 hours on hold , left my number 2 days ago still have not heard from them I finally clicked I wanted to rent a unit and they answered on the first ringʻ just to tell me my unit had been sold . I have been there 14 years and was always taken care of by the people that work there. I would not recommend 10 federal storage Never received any kind of notice. Bill had been automatic and it stopped coming out for no reason.
