I’ve been a customer here for a while since 2024 and always paid on time, but this place has gone downhill. My unit is on the 4th floor and it gets extremely hot — it feels suffocating up there and is not suitable for storing items long-term and health wise you cant stay to organize the unit for long periods of time I’ve brought this up before and asked to transfer to a lower-level unit, but instead of helping, they just adjusted my rate. this was a different manager ive delt with several different managers in the time bein... read more
Excellent experience! Angela provided outstanding customer service and made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I found the right storage unit. I highly recommend this US Storage location, and Angela is a big reason why!

Great experience here so far. Nick at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and access is convenient. We got a very good promotional rate for a short term rental. Some tips: 1. Buy a basic lock from Amazon. They are not much more expensive in store, but you know you’re getting the right price. 2. Bring homeowners insurance for proof of property insurance with you when you come in for the first time. We had a very pleasant experience with Ms Angela and Mr Nick. They were extremely Busy with the month-end moveouts and new users like us. They took a lot of calls and still set us up with a nice storage unit and were very pleasant and helpful. They’re wonderful people.
