I moved items into this US Storage Centers location on 9/7, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing from day one. The front door—which is supposed to be secured by an access code—has been broken, off its hinge, and completely open to the public for three days now. This is a major security concern, especially for a facility where customers are paying specifically for safe, controlled access to their belongings. I had a great experience working with Nick! He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed with my unit. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make the whole process so much easier. I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to help. Nick provided excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing assistance. Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Took the time to show us two units and we chose the larger of both. Explain everything and we watched a video going over the storage policy. We’re very content with this facility. Clean, well secured.
Great customer service. The young lady at the desk was able to find what my family needed in short notice, and was very helpful from the first call, to in-person. Updated: just wanted to update and give praise to the young lady at the front. Adrian is managing the location by herself and is doing a great job. Doesn’t let small matters stress her and still provides great service. I’d recommend this place, but please be patient as it’s 1 manager here.
The agents on site were very helpful and polite. I was able to view my intended unit and left with all my questions answered and lease signed. I believe their names were D'lijah and Kera. US Storage should be proud to have these two employees to represent the company.
