Used to be a great place when Dr. Don Serafano was there. Been steadily going downhill since he left. Had a procedure done in 2021. Had bill sent to me THREE YEARS LATER in 2024. Was told the initial cost covered three sessions. Now being told that was true ONLY if I had initially paid cash. Gave current eye doctor Lars Hertzog a chance to explain what had happened, but never heard from him. Nor did I receive any written explanation from billing apologizing for their screw up.
