I had a great experience at Eye Theory. Dr. Nancherla was very nice, informative, and made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The office was very clean and well-organized. I’m new to the area and needed a last‑minute appointment, and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I was immediately impressed they already had my insurance information and expected costs prepared before I even arrived. My husband and I had appointments back to back on Saturday, so we had to bring our toddler. They were so great with her as we tag teamed our appointments. The Dr was very knowledgeable and efficient! I needed glasses and contacts, they had a special going where if you buy the frames they will include the lenses for free and a $300 rebate on a year of contacts. Dr. Sanjay Nancherla, Optometrist was phenomenal. He took his time and carefully explained every detail of my eye condition and the treatment options available. I was truly impressed with his level of care, patience, and professionalism. I have never had an eye doctor spend so much time making sure I understood exactly what was going on.
