I had a great experience at Eye Theory. Dr. Nancherla was very nice, informative, and made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The office was very clean and well-organized. I had another fantastic experience during my annual visit here! This is my second year coming to this practice, and I cannot recommend them enough. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly modern. Dr. N is highly educated, informative, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They even performed additional testing during my appointment to ensure my long-term eye health is completely on track. I had an overall great experience from the very start. I have new insurance and made appt day anfter it was effective. Mallory was on top of confirming my benefits before my appt. Dr. Nancherla was fantastic, you could tell from start he wanted to give the best care and great attention to detail. Since moving to San Antonio, I’ve had to find and establish care with new doctors, and I’m so glad I chose this office for my eye care.
