I had a great experience at Eye Theory. Dr. Nancherla was very nice, informative, and made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The office was very clean and well-organized. I rarely leave reviews and have never left one for a doctor’s office but Eye Theory earned it. This place is amazing! Dr. Nancherla was very helpful and really informative. He took the time to explain what was wrong and answer all my questions in a way that made sense. Definitely a 10/10 experience
I had a wonderful experience at Eye Theory. The doctor Sanjay was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was welcoming, kind, and very professional from the moment I walked in. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. I truly felt cared for and comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend Eye Theory! Dr. Nancherla was professional, incredibly knowledgable and has excellent patient customer care. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I came in on a Saturday and the receptionist Amy was great at helping me navigate insurance and cost comparisons. Dr. Nancherla and Amy made this place 10/10 and I highly recommend their service!
Absolutely loved my experience at Eye Theory, San Antonio. Doctor was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Front staff was super helpful in finding my insurance for me (I didn’t have the card), using my benefits in the best way, and helping me pick the best frames. Will absolutely be using them as my go-to moving forward.
