The storage unit itself was as expected but when we no longer needed the unit it was an annoying challenge to get it cancelled. It then took several months for them to quit bothering us for payment when we had already received confirmation from them that we met exit requirements. Several unnecessary phone calls and never once an apology for the ongoing inconvenience.
Great service! I was able to get a unit within 20 minutes and for pretty cheap. Love the lights for that 24 hour service
Chara and Chad were great to work with. Fair prices and great service. Highly recommend
