My brother (55M) has lived with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder his entire adult life. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and given 6 months to live. Following a hospital stay, my father was given 24 hours to select a facility and chose Fair Oaks Health & Rehabilitation. My brother was admitted on 5/30/26. This facility is wonderful and have one of the skilled nursing care .The staff members were caring, respectful, and attentive to the patient’s needs. The facility was clean, organized, and had a welcoming environment. I especially appreciated the patience and kindness shown by the healthcare team during the recovery process. Overall, I am thankful for the support and rehabilitation services provided to my family member.

I have been a longer than expected patient resident at “FOHR” in their PARC unit (Post Acute Recovery), so I have the ‘benefit’ of some time and experience with the facility and staff. I can’t go through all the individuals as there are too many to name, so I will say with sincerity the entire staff has been outstanding, with special recognition to the nurses, nurse practitioners, aides, supervisors, unit managers, case workers, and physical and occupational therapists (you know who you are;-). Our family member had a good care experience here. (May 19-June 3). While all the therapists did a very good job, Hannah in speech therapy was excellent! Likewise, nurse Meh was diligent in following up. Nesi, the social worker went above and beyond to ensure the discharge went smoothly.
