I like the convenience of being able to walk everywhere & that convenience comes at a price! The townhouse is spacious, bright, comfortable. I love the convenience of having a laundry room in the unit plus a couple bathrooms that come in handy with a teenager..The front & back porches could be bigger but, I'm glad to have them. The people can get a little rowdy especially with the park less then a block away & it sometimes spills into the parking area that's annoying... I think there should be security unit on the premises.... read more
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. I got new carpet fresh paint, and new appliances. Cabinets are nice. Staff is amazing I worked with jhiana for the signing of my lease she was very sweet and fun and welcoming! Thank look forward to a long stay here at Fairfield! Maintenance is prompt and is very professional! I def would recommend.
First and foremost it’s truly a blessing to be part of this awesome Fairfield community/family I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole team god has blessed me with this great organization so I want to say thank you to the whole Fairfield team….
So let me get this straight...there's a supposed parking issue with limited spots, so the solution? Offer ONE pass PER apartment. So if 2 working adults pay $1,300+ rent, one must park on the street? Not offering an option for another pass (even if they had to pay)? Even if there are *plenty* of spots open 96% of the time? Emphasis on NO EXCEPTIONS stated multiple times to paying tenants....that's not a smart business move when you have a captive audience. You could name your price and we'd obviously pay it vs. street. 4 y... read more
First and foremost the staff we dealt with, especially Jhiana, were awesome. Jhiana is so sweet, answered any questions we had, and made moving in stress free. As for the apartment itself, its great. We lucked out with a balcony, and is a total upgrade from my last apartment. Im excited to start my stay here.
