Great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful. Zaharra works the front desk and she has an amazing smile! The radiology tech, Nataliya and nurse Bennett were very helpful and amusing. They ensured that my visit was quick and thorough. Dr. Gonzalez was very informative and trusting. I definitely recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at this ER! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel safe and cared for. Mia at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Nurses Laura and Alisa were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel totally at ease. Mimi in radiology was gentle and efficient, and Dr. Gillette was professional, compassionate, and made everything quick and painless. I’ve been to Fairfield ER twice now, and both times, the service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Elizabeth at the front desk was welcoming. The process was so fast, I was still filling out paperwork when Nurse Alisa called me to step to patient room area. From the front desk lady, Latoya , the Nurs Alisa and Dr. Gonzales….everyone was amazing. I was unable to afford to be treated and do not have insurance, but as I am from Ohio, and the policies are different, they were help in finding me a place that would have the care I need and access to specialists. I will come back once insured. Everything is clean and nice and they are hospitable

I had a great experience at this urgent care! Zahraa, Laura, and Natalia were all so kind and welcoming — they made check-in smooth and helped me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Gillette was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend this team if you need urgent care!
