I had an amazing experience at this ER! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel safe and cared for. Mia at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Nurses Laura and Alisa were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel totally at ease. I’ve been to Fairfield ER twice now, and both times, the service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Elizabeth at the front desk was welcoming. The process was so fast, I was still filling out paperwork when Nurse Alisa called me to step to patient room area. I am always concerned about not going to a pediatric centered emergency room. While I know they can treat her, the service isn't child friendly. However, this was my first time visiting this office, and I must say it was beyond impressive! Nurse Tee was so mind and very hands-on. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dr. Hashmi was outstanding and insightful. I can not rave enough about either of them for their help! Jada at the front desk made the check in quick!
They were FAST y'all. Quick sign in and quick to go back. Jada at the front desk was super helpful and sweet, Alisa is so so sweet and genuinely cares, Jennifer was very sweet and helpful as well, and Dr. Gillet was there to calm those concerns while listening all the well (and was also very nice and attentive). They were the dream team. Quick, efficient, and listened to me with open ears! Had me laughing the whole time even through the nerves. Definitely recommend!!
