I visited this ER while experiencing some moderate flank pain. I was immediately greeted and checked in by the front desk clerk named Mia. She is warm-hearted, professional and efficient. Betty RN was my nurse and she treated me with compassion, empathy (for my discomfort) and made me feel so comfortable. Her years of experience and IV expertise were top notch! I went in on a Saturday with some concerns with my 14 month old. This was by far the best ER visit for an anxious mom who sometimes struggles with knowing whether or not I am successful with advocating for my son. All of that went out the window. From the woman who handled check in to the nurse & Doctor; were all amazing. They were thorough in listening to my concerns, explained the diagnosis, showed myself and son so much grace. Great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, caring, and efficient. Special thanks to ms.Olivia at the front desk for being kind, helpful, and making the whole process smooth and welcoming. As someone who leaves a lot of reviews, great customer service stands out — and she definitely made a positive impression.

I recently visited the emergency room and was very impressed with the level of care I received. From check-in to clinical discharge, the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses and doctors took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable. I felt like I was treated with respect and urgency. I truly appreciate the care and dedication of the entire team.

Amazing medical care provided by excellent doctor and nursing staff! My son hurt his leg at a game, and the local Urgent care was already closed. We saw an ad for this place, and decided to give it a try. We didn't have to wait at all, and Doctor Atamneh was pleasant and attentive. The xray didn't take long and we got results and a splint in about an hour. It was a good experience.
