I visited this ER while experiencing some moderate flank pain. I was immediately greeted and checked in by the front desk clerk named Mia. She is warm-hearted, professional and efficient. Betty RN was my nurse and she treated me with compassion, empathy (for my discomfort) and made me feel so comfortable. Her years of experience and IV expertise were top notch! From the Front Desk till the Doctor was pleasant, professional, caring, and welcoming. They welcomed us in and wait time was not as crazy as going to a Hospital. They interacted with my son (3 yrs) gave him a plushie and had complimentary snacks for anyone staying long. The environment is very well-maintained and welcoming. We choose the right place and will continue coming here in the future if we have another emergency. Thank you Fairfield Team

We had a great experience at the Fairfield ER! Our 1 year old son had difficulty breathing, and he was seen right away. The radiology tech, Natalia, was able to get the imaging quickly with minimal stress to our toddler. Our nurse, Bennett, was gentle with him and made sure that we understood what was going on as well as explaining the treatment plan. ER VISITS can be very very hard with chronic issues. I had the best care today from Nurse Betty, Dr. G, Natalia, and Nurse David. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe when cared for. They listened to me and had fantastic bedside manners.Wendy at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with an insurance hiccup in order to get it straightened out. I highly recommend this er and for sure will be back if I ever need them in the future

I gave this ER 3 out of 5 stars because overall the facility was nice and the doctor was great. He came in quickly, listened to my concerns, and I was happy with the care he provided. My biggest issue was with the overall sense of urgency from the staff. I came in with severe pain and was visibly crying. At one point in the restroom, and when I came back out, the nurses were standing at the front desk talking while I was in tears. It made me feel like my pain wasn’t being taken seriously.
