We had an excellent experience at this emergency room. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The entire staff made us feel cared for and comfortable during a stressful moment. A special thank you to Jeda, who helped us with the registration process — she was absolutely wonderful! Nice enough place, but i dont think i got the best standard of care, im a 30 year old blue collar worker who fell 13 feet of a ladder and can hardly walk on my left foot if it didnt hurt this bad i would never waste my time or money at a doctors office. they took xrays but no MRI. Everytime i interacted with a doctor it felt like i was being looked at as someone hunting pain pills. Like they were studying my behavior more than my ankles.

Great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful. Zaharra works the front desk and she has an amazing smile! The radiology tech, Nataliya and nurse Bennett were very helpful and amusing. They ensured that my visit was quick and thorough. Dr. Gonzalez was very informative and trusting. I definitely recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at Fairfield ER. Zahraa at the front desk welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process smooth. Nurse Laura was caring and attentive throughout my visit. Mimi, the radiology tech, was professional and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Gillett provided clear explanations and compassionate care. I truly appreciate the entire team for their kindness and professionalism!
