I recently visited the emergency room and was very impressed with the level of care I received. From check-in to clinical discharge, the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses and doctors took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable. I felt like I was treated with respect and urgency. I truly appreciate the care and dedication of the entire team.

I highly recommend Fairfield ER to anyone needing medical care. My experience there was exceptional. All of the staff was so kind, caring, and professional. I was seen very quickly upon my arrival, and they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable as possible. The nurses A'Lisa and Nickole were so kind and gave such a warm vibe, as well as the Radiology tech, Johnathon. The physician Dr. Ttashmi was very impressive. This entire team are a group of professionals and welcoming. It starts with Elizabeth at the front desk, who toke my wife’s call answered her questions and made sure they were ready for me upon my arrival. Nurse Alisa was made sure I was taken care of and made sure all my needs were addressed, she was an extension of my mom. Mary the radiology tech, made sure I was comfortable, addressed my anxiety through the CT scan and made sure my experience was pleasant. I went in on a Saturday with some concerns with my 14 month old. This was by far the best ER visit for an anxious mom who sometimes struggles with knowing whether or not I am successful with advocating for my son. All of that went out the window. From the woman who handled check in to the nurse & Doctor; were all amazing. They were thorough in listening to my concerns, explained the diagnosis, showed myself and son so much grace. We had an excellent experience at this emergency room. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The entire staff made us feel cared for and comfortable during a stressful moment. A special thank you to Jeda, who helped us with the registration process — she was absolutely wonderful!
