I had an amazing experience at this ER! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel safe and cared for. Mia at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Nurses Laura and Alisa were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel totally at ease. I’ve been to Fairfield ER twice now, and both times, the service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Elizabeth at the front desk was welcoming. The process was so fast, I was still filling out paperwork when Nurse Alisa called me to step to patient room area. I had a great experience at this urgent care! Zahraa, Laura, and Natalia were all so kind and welcoming — they made check-in smooth and helped me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Gillette was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend this team if you need urgent care!
Best experience at an ER. Zahara at front desk was so patient and helpful. The nurse Laura was very kind and Dr Gonzalez was very informative also patient. Shazi was also very nice. Everyone here is so nice. Going to the ER isn’t fun but this team made everything better. Thank you.
Was feeling ill, went to Fairfield ER. I was greeted by Latoya at the help desk , and she was so kind during the paper work process. Once I was in a room Jarrett assisted me with vitals and lab test. Both him and Dr. Elliott had amazing bedside manner. I felt so comfortable, even through I was sick. My family and I will definitely be coming back if/when we are sick again. Thank all of you for helping me get better!
