I am always concerned about not going to a pediatric centered emergency room. While I know they can treat her, the service isn't child friendly. However, this was my first time visiting this office, and I must say it was beyond impressive! Nurse Tee was so mind and very hands-on. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dr. Hashmi was outstanding and insightful. I can not rave enough about either of them for their help! Jada at the front desk made the check in quick!
I’ve had a good experience at this ER in the past, so when my wife needed care, I brought her here expecting the same level of attention—especially given that it’s a smaller facility and you’d think that would mean more personalized care. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My wife came in testing positive for COVID (yes, in 2025), struggling to breathe and coughing heavily. First Visit! I had a good experience at this emergency room. The place was really clean, and I was seen pretty quickly. Mia at the front desk very nice! The staff was helpful and things moved smoothly. Overall, I felt taken care of and appreciated how efficient everything was. My doctor at this visit was Dr. Olutimehin, Nurse Bennett, Radiology Tech Mimi…all of them were very attentive!
I had to take my dad to the ER and I am so glad we decided to go here. All of the staff, from the front desk (Elizabeth) to the nurse (Guillermo) to the nursing tech to the radiology tech (Jordan) and the doctor (Dr. Khan), were very kind. Dr. Khan was especially kind and direct, which I greatly appreciate. I trust this team and I would bring any of my loved ones here for emergency care. Thank y’all for your help in my dad’s care!!!!
Came to get seen for back and knee pain from an accident, and the experience has been memorable! Ms Mia greeted me immediately upon entering the lobby, and was so incredibly patient and kind with me while I filled out my paperwork. Then Ms Tanisha and Ms Shazia took me to an exam room, soon after arriving, to take my vitals and they were friendly and thorough with their questions.
