I have only good things to say about living here. Has been great. The manager Stacey has been wonderful. If I have any questions she gets back to me right away! She is so pleasant to interact with and great at her job,. It is a very nice place to live, I enjoy it very much. Recommend!!
My experience has been very pleasant, Stacy has been very helpful and amazingly supportive on whatever issue i have had, A/C unit got fixed with in a few hours I couldn’t be more thankful. Definitely would recommend anyone to live at Fairlane Estate, very affordable ,peaceful and management is great!!!
Since new ownership and management. The chaos and how they treat their tenants is way better. The old manager was awesome yet didn't know of his situation now I understand. I give 5 put of 5 due to loyalty, management, and over all new look and events the new staff brought
Nice neighborhood and friendly environment. The manager is very helpful and very attentive to any questions or doubts I had in the process while purchasing/applying to live there.
Very clean no trash around all homes was nice a lady came out to greet us and only had good things to say about the park we are excited thank you Eddie you are such a nice man we will never do you wrong if you could just give us a chance i dont think you will go wrong
