Efficient quality The apartment I live in was taken over by a property management team called Team Kay a couple of years ago. They have provided excellent care and upkeep since taking over. They are very easy to deal and convenient to deal with and maintain their apartments and property to the highest standards. Maintenance is always prompt and reliable as well.
