I wish I would have used this animal clinic during my dogs lifetime. I had a dog that needed to be put down and the vet I took him to had no availability. I called Fairview Heights Animal Clinic and Laura was so helpful getting me scheduled as soon as she could. When we arrived with our dog she took us right in as she knew our dog was in pain. My doggo is high anxiety, they treated her kindly on her first exam today. They got her into her room early avoiding any extra stress. They explained costs over the phone. I was able to prepay with no surprises other than heart guard which I had anticipated. Fast appointment time. Overall friendly staff and caring veterinarian who explained things well. Cost was not unreasonable compared to her last vets office.

Fairview animal hospital it's excellent I have use them for Veterinarian and grooming and boarding. The staff is very dedicated friendly and caring. I have been going there since 2000+ years
If there was an option to give a no-star rating I would chose it, so a one-star it is. This place is terrible; rude, uneducated staff. After apologizing for a "communication" error at the O'Fallon office regarding a scheduled procedure for my pet, I was told that the girl who was responsible "no longer works there". If these people can't even handle light paperwork or keep records properly, I'd never trust them with my pet! FYI... a waiting room that is always void of customers is a sign that something's wrong.
