We have been with Fairwinds for awhile now...today I was going to move to another credit union but VERONICA literally saved a customer! She let me know there were a few new promotions that would allow our money to grow with Fairwinds. She was personable, professional, and extremely helpful. Again, I was going to move but she helped me move my account to a new promotion and I will be bringing my kids to change theirs as well. Great experience! And a huge Thank You to Veronica!

Never had any issues with this bank. I use it for my emergency saving as they have a great interest rate on those accounts. The tellers are always helpful and friendly. I can't say how their other accounts are as I don't have any other accounts with them i.e checkings. But there are plenty of fairwinds in the area of central fl so I love that.

I had the absolute worst experience here earlier yesterday, with a woman by the name Sam. Came in regarding some issues with my bank account and she said due to the fraud she wants to change my bank account numbers instead my money was transferred elsewhere into somebody else's account by mistake, and I had to come back in and speak to her. I bet this went under the radar with management but maybe you should second think your employee's employment if they are mishandling customers money.
