I had to update account information and the person who helped me was very kind, friendly and efficient. However when the manager was asked to help by giving new cards to reflect these changes, she refused with no explanation. If it was something that couldn't be done there, I would understand but I confirmed that it could have easily been done. This a very inefficient to now have to go to another branch or request by mail.
Zach was the best! He walked me through setting up my UCF Student Checking account as well as all of the cool things it has to offer. He was very kinda and efficient with the process! I was out of there in less than an hour :) You can tell that they really care about the financial success of our students.
Zack was very helpful—provided a thorough step by step process into opening my account and taught me all about what it means to open a checking account. Great service!
Everyone there was really nice. Zach helped us get out of there in a timely manner.
