Fairwinds' Michael Mastantuono the manager at the New Smyrna Beach branch handled setting up our accounts, getting us checks and introducing us to Fairwinds' app. The whole process was quick and straight forward. waiting 45 min for a person to pick up the phone. Finally hung up. Call number 2, :30 min hung up on that one as well. Why am i calling, I got a message to call you as my car was compromised. Time to switch banks I guess

Great stop at the newest location, which is being remodeled into the FAIRWINDS brand. I spoke with the branch manager who told me about the acquisition by the credit union. Great location, with easy access from State Road 44. Drive-in and ATM are more than adequate; and, inside is very spacious.
