Shootings,break ins, car and apt. Staff are smart mouthed don't try help any one, attitudes all day long. Security is a joke.
Guns and shootings, drugs and violence. They don't fix anything at any time haven't for the past 12 years my sister has lived there There is bullet holes in her walls from shooting outside. If My nephew had been in bed multiple times he would had been shot. Her roof is caving in (she lives on bottom floor). I hate this place with a passion. Ive been living here for about 7 years now and i HATE IT. If the crime here wasn't bad enough, the neighbors are. Apparently one of the Manager's (Melissa) family members live under me and they've literally complained so much and filed so many lease violations to the point where I had to giveaway my 3000$ baby husky because the neighbors lied and said he was pooping on their porch when we live upsairs, not downstairs 😢 . I live right next to the apartments and I agree with all these reviews. We have crime at my house as well and I don't even live at Fallbrook. This apartment complex seems more like a prison that takes rent. I think the owners should be reprimanded and I am doing everything in my power to make sure the Delway Apartments are held accountable for creating an environment for crime and violence to prosper.
