I’ve been at falling water for nearly 6 years now, and have seen my fair share of ups and downs. Coming here to say our new property manager Ashley is the BEST property manager we have had here the entire time we have lived at falling water. She’s extremely easy to talk to and gets back to you with urgency. She’s very understanding and works with any personal needs I have when it comes to maintenance. Much thanks to Dwayne and his efforts in improving our apartment functions. The stove and AC needed some attention and he contacted his supervisor, Rolando, and together they expedited the repairs. Dwayne explained the situation and made every effort to correct all the equipments. Thank you Dwayne!
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! I have been living at this place for a little under 2 months and I have had issues since DAY 1! For starters, my air was broken on move in day. It took them 11 days to fix my air. In the middle of summer! I wasn’t offered a portable. I just kept getting the run around. At the time, there was no permanent property manager or no one onsite everyday. so I had to call the after hours line everyday to get help or call other properties. This is a great place to live. The property manager and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are very clean and very quiet. The grounds are always kept neat. The apartments are also centrally located and many shops, stores, and a gym are within walking distance. I highly recommend Falling Water to prospective renters. Great staff and great apartments in a very good location. Take the time to check out Falling Water yourself!!
I lived at this property for 3 years and Dawn and Marty were excellent my whole time there. They’re both approachable and take care of business immediately when an issue arises. I recently moved to Houston for a job and hope the next group of people I have to deal with are as great as Dawn and Marty. It was a Great experience!!!
