I have never had a root canal before today and was really nervous. It was a BREEZE. Dani was super friendly and did my x rays and walked me through what to expect. Dr. Moore covered it all again and put my nervous mind at ease. My biggest concern was having my mouth open that wide for so long because it has a history of locking up on me. Dr. Moore kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and allowing me moments to close my jaw so it wouldn't get "stuck." I arrived pretty nervous but the receptionist and nurse that took me to the back immediately made me feel better. They were all very kind and professional. The doctor told me what he was doing every step of the way. The nurse also gave encouragement and checked in as the root canal was happening. And I was in and out in a jiffy. I would highly recommend this place if you get nervous like I do. Thanks for everything!!! I hope I don’t need another one anytime soon but if I do I definitely know where to go.
Not a fan of root canals. However my experience at Falls Endodontics was Great. Professional, clean office. Staff very friendly, Root canal was done under an hour with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend this office.
I'm very pleased with the service I received. Dr Moore and his staff were very friendly and I felt relaxed and comfortable. He took time to explain everything he did and him and the nurse made sure I was doing ok.
This wasn’t my first root canal. My last experience left me needing to go to the ER w/extreme pain. I expressed my nervousness and Dr. Moore left me with his personal cell phone in case I had the same issue. As it turns out, I had ZERO pain after my procedure. His office is state of the art, his staff extremely friendly and informative, and they all together made getting a root canal as wonderful of an experience as possible.
