This was my first visit to Falls Endodontics. I wanted to talk about my situation as I felt it was not “Cut & Dry”. On the day of my appt, the receptionist was able to kindly reschedule me for a “Consult” time slot 1 week farther out, instead of the current scheduled “Proceedure” time slot . The staff and Dr Moore were all pleasant and informative. Dr. Moore gave me several ideas on how to address my reason for the visit. He gave me his honest opinion and the resources to follow up. I will definitely use them again.

Every employee ( from start to finish ) was AMAZEBALLS. I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to any dental work. I wish I remembered the name of the Office employees because they were absolute sweethearts. Dani was the Dr’s assistant. She had me laughing and feeling incredibly comfortable from the second I met her. She explained the process to me, even described different sounds, vibrations, or things I would see, feel, and hear. Wonderful caring staff. They were so understanding. Dr. Moore knew I was anxious as I had never had a root canal and he took the time to explain everything and made the procedure a painless,pleasant experience.I am so glad I traveled the 60 miles to have this done at Falls Endodontist Inc. as my local specialist could not get me in for another 2 months. If I ever need another root canal I will return here.

I was extremely impressed with Fall Endodontics! I needed a root canal and was in a lot of pain. I was very nervous about the procedure. But, Dr. Moore and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very calming and put my mind at ease. Dr. Moore took the time to explain everything he was going to do in detail. He made the procedure as painless as possible. I highly recommend Fall Endodontics!

Very professional. Dr. Moore explained everything involved with the procedure. My first root canal. Everything went well. The staff is also excellent. Highly recommended.
