I had a great experience with Dr. Stephen Moore at Falls Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. Dental procedures—especially anything involving root canals—can make people nervous, but Dr. Moore did an excellent job explaining everything step-by-step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I just had my first root canal done with Dr. Moore. He and his staff are very kind and professional. They explained everything all the way through and made me feel at ease. The process was quick and relatively painless. I highly recommend!

Had an absolutely great experience here today. From the office staff to Dr Moore - wonderful. Dr Moore did a great job, I had very little pain, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Moore and his staff do everything within reason to make your experience as comfortable as possible. This was my first root canal and it went very smoothly - no uncomfortable pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Moore has a very calming demeanor and takes the extra time to make sure your needs are addressed. The staff was also attentive to my needs and was able to rapidly move my appointment up several days / weeks ahead of schedule upon the same day of request.

I cannot thank Dr. Moore and his staff enough. After enduring severe pain for two weeks, he quickly identified the problem and treated it efficiently. Both staff members were pleasant, professional, and efficient throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the kindness and excellent care I received.
