Everyone treated me with respect and kindness from the time I entered the building. I am very pleased with the professionalism and the work Dr. Moore provided. I was kept informed by his assistant during the entire procedure of what was happening which helped me stay calm and relaxed even though the grinding sound was terrifying. Thank you so much. You all are a great team!

Great experience at Falls Endodontics Inc.! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable and at ease. I was very nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Moore and the staff were incredibly reassuring and made the whole process much less stressful. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of care and excellent work truly stood out. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and Falls Endodontics Inc. to anyone who’s anxious about dental work or needs a root canal!

Every employee ( from start to finish ) was AMAZEBALLS. I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to any dental work. I wish I remembered the name of the Office employees because they were absolute sweethearts. Dani was the Dr’s assistant. She had me laughing and feeling incredibly comfortable from the second I met her. She explained the process to me, even described different sounds, vibrations, or things I would see, feel, and hear. I recently had a root canal with Dr. Moore at Falls Endodontics and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went in extremely nervous, as dental work has always made me anxious and uncomfortable due to traumatic experiences as a child. From the start, Dr. Moore was incredibly thoughtful—he even sent in a prescription for medication to take an hour before the procedure, which helped keep me calm and relaxed. This was my first visit to Falls Endodontics. I wanted to talk about my situation as I felt it was not “Cut & Dry”. On the day of my appt, the receptionist was able to kindly reschedule me for a “Consult” time slot 1 week farther out, instead of the current scheduled “Proceedure” time slot . The staff and Dr Moore were all pleasant and informative. Dr. Moore gave me several ideas on how to address my reason for the visit. He gave me his honest opinion and the resources to follow up. I will definitely use them again.
