I’ve had a couple doctors but the few I’ve had at this location just pick up where the last left off and both care greatly. Recommend! When calling to make appts they are always fast to help and get you in.
Security's Personal CHARLES saw I was having trouble breathing walking to the front door after my appointment with Dr. Gifford and got a wheelchair and took me to my car himself!!!! All the walking was really bothering my asthma and he was concerned about me walking outside in the HOT WEATHER......he pays close attention to what is going on in the hospital......He is a Great Man who looks out for other people!!! Thank You CHARLES.......you are a Wonderful Person
He doesn't help you! He passes it onto another doctor! Oh and let's not forget when you take pictures in of PAST SURGERYS THEY WILL STEAL THEM!! THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU TELL YOU THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK,NEVER WILL!!! THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE CRAZY FOR ASKING WHAT IS YOURS BACK!!!!! LEAVE YOU ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS BUT NOBODY WILL TALK TO YOU ABOUT IT!! Great, quick and easy as a mom and dad who were fortunate enough to both make it to an apt that they were able to book both are kids in 1 visit! how nice and convenient! Most defiantly great full that we also got clear communication on our children’s height and weight like they didn’t just skim right on by they made sure we heard them and involved us it was neat like how the Dr explains to us the percentile what’s average or what’s out of the normal gladly ours are safe and sound and merry grow round. At my current visit the nurse who attended me while I was waiting in the waiting room came out didn’t call a name and looked at me and asked me what I was there for? I told her what are u asking, are you calling someone back? I’m here to be seen. Then she asked me then what was I there to be seen for in front of other clients so I continued to tell her I don’t think I can answer that out loud (confidentially) so I don’t understand your question!
