We like the following points: 1) The facility is large, like a small-scale hospital, with many dentists and hygienists on staff, so the wait time is minimal. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Fantarella Dental! Everyone from Valerie the receptionist (who was an absolute Angel) to the hygienist who was phenomal, to Dr. Lindsay was amazing. She was very thorough in her explanation of what she was doing during my procedure, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I highly suggest this practice!
Fantarella has fantastic dentists dental assistants etc, I have always been very happy with the level of expertise and the empathy of their dental team! However I have been consistently let down by their office personnel. I have been told they left me messages that were never left, I have received bills for services that I was told we’re covered by dental insurance but we’re not…. Went for my first root canal was EXTREMELY nervous. Dr. Vinny was incredibly nice and so patient with me. He did an amazing job. Other than my fear, the procedure went much more easily than I thought it would. Kristy was also amazing, talking me through my fears and making me laugh, which I really needed. Before I knew it, my fear turned into a high-level of comfort and confidence. I would highly recommend Fantarella Dental Group to everyone I know.
