Don't give here unless you like hearing your neigh or's dogs barking all the time. They didn't repair stuff the right way in my home, when I offered to bug paint myself They gave me the wrong colors 2 times. I forget who did the sheetrockinf but he never fixed the repairs or the painting guy. Why pay HOA if other people can leave bags of dog poop in my yard and let their dogs bark all day. Them coming to fix stuff on my house just wasted 4 to 5 days of my time.

Was 5 star but my latest experience with the HOA has allowed me to give a better review. I travel a lot and the ccr regarding rubbish and recycle bins should be updated. Not happy and will never buy a holt home again just because of the HOA management company.
A great home purchase experience and quality of home build. We love our home. However, I am disappointed with the inability to complete a few simple repairs to fulfil the one-year home warranty. I accept that Holt use contractors to fulfil the home warranty but why not get better contractors as the warranty ultimately reflects on Holt? It shouldn't take five visits (soon to be six) from contractors who have only still partially completed the warranty work, some of it having been done very poorly. Currently in process of buying here. Agent and support team are really helpful. Im impressed with their communication. Just wondering the history of the name Faraday. Why was this name chosen? Was a fan of holt home until the HOA sent me a nasty letter. Will never buy a holt home again unless they get rid of HOA 5 stars without the HOA.
