Professional, dedicated. I found my intake Professional to be very thorough and compassionate. She listened to my case and took deep notes. I was pretty heated when recalling the treatment I received at my former employer, a local brewery. They decided to terminate me for the actions of another employee. They also made baseless accusations and withheld overtime pay. I have seen this happen before and the owners almost always lose. When are they going to learn we are not the enemy?

Quality customer service seems hard to find at times and it's important to me to be valued as a customer. Attorney Courtney Gilchrist did just that ensuring that I was informed every step of the way. There were times I'd call or send a quick email to clarify concerns, Attorney Gilchrist always made sure to respond swiftly and with the necessary information I needed. Courtney Gilchrist was very nice, professional, and very responsive with my case. Kept me up to date with any changes or information on my case. She answered all my questions without frustration! Haha, I've never had to deal with anything where I needed a lawyer so this being my first experience I'm highly satisfied and glad it was with her!
