She is absolutely amazing—always responsive, incredibly thorough, and she takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. I had a trip, slip & fall several months ago that resulted in some significant injuries and reached out to Farah & Farah for advice. Though we are still in the early phases of trying to get this matter settled, I cannot say enough good things about how on the ball they have been with this. I never text a question that I am not contacted right back within several hours. Everyone is so kind and caring, and Megan has been so helpful in keeping me up to date every step of the way. I have nothing but good words to say about the crew at Farah & Farah. When I got in my automobile accident, which caused great injuries to me I felt nearly hopeless towards finding a solution that I felt brought closure to the situation.
