If I could give 0 stars I would, but in order to leave a review I have to give a 1. We changed out Homeowners insurance to a different company effective June 1st 2018. My husband went to this office and filled out the paperwork to have the policy cancelled. He was assured in 3 weeks the money would be sent back to our Mortgage company. Well guess what?!?!?!!?!?!?!? You guessed it, the idiots didn't cancel the policy. My husband went back up there today & was told it would be another 2 weeks before the money would be refu... read more
My agent Adam, was great! He took his time with my quote, and didnt rush me nor hassel me to sign that day! Their rates are far better then anyone else I received quotes from as well. Definitely would recommend calling or stopping by to get updated quote on your insurance needs!
I called Monday and Tuesday for auto quote and still waiting for callback. Unprofessional to say the least.
