I've been with Farm Bureau for years and years. The staff is always super helpful. Brian Doyle is my go to guy there. If I ever have a question, he always makes time to help me out. Personal and Business insurance is with them. You can't go wrong with these guys !
My agent Adam, was great! He took his time with my quote, and didnt rush me nor hassel me to sign that day! Their rates are far better then anyone else I received quotes from as well. Definitely would recommend calling or stopping by to get updated quote on your insurance needs!
I called Monday and Tuesday for auto quote and still waiting for callback. Unprofessional to say the least.
Handled a water leak and new floor courteously, knowledgeably, and efficiently. Great customer service.
Love my insurance company and the people who work there.
