Auto insurance rates were too expensive and the service was worse. There are many other cheaper options for the exact same coverage. I contacted Farm Bureau on albert pike in hot springs for a quote on auto insurance since they do not offer a website. The first day,after calling 3 times, i never got a hold of an agent.
