Closed out our house insurance on 1/24 cause we sold our house. Got charged again on 2/24 when it was already in the system that we closed out. Was told it will take a month or two to get refunded if at all!! Never got a refund for closing out 3 days after our policy renewed and charged. Person who answered the phone at the camden office was rude and hung up on me. Warning to not do business with them.
Farm Bureau's premium rate was affordable until recently. Their response to claims is above average compared to other insurance companies. The imposed membership fee is just a major drawback for me.
Excellent customer service! Was great customer service a year ago when I signed up. A year later....Poor customer service and agent will not return my calls. Can't even get a copy of renewed policies after multiple requests. This is not the level of customer service I expect and pay for.
