Be warned- do NOT DO BUSINESS with the Farm Bureau or Jack Burger. They not only over charged me for the past few years but when I cancelled they sent me a falsified bill saying I owed them back charges when the policy was fully paid up!!! I greatly regret ever having done business with such a deliberately dishonest company!!! SCOUNDRELS!!!
I have been with this agency nearly 20 years. They insure my auto, as well as my home. I made one claim 13 years ago when my well pump was hit by lightning. It cost them around $2,000.00 to cover the damage. I have never made an auto claim. My home owners insurance premium is just over $1,800.00 per year alone. It increased approximately $500.00 in one year from $1,300.00 annually. I am not a big fan of insurance companies. DO NOT do business with this office. Jack Burger, Florida Farm Bureau, in the Deland FL has denied me a refund on the Farm Bureau membership. as well as a denial from the main office. I discussed home insurance with him on 2/16/2021 and gave him my credit card number for the insurance and membership. Then the next day on 2/17/2021, I called and spoke to him and advised him I had changed my mind.
