They started great when I first joined. Rates stayed flat for the first 4 years. My agent left and a new agent came in. Then all my policies just kept on rising. I just changed companies and cut my monthly bill down from 248 to 118 a month. What hurts is that I am a Farm Bureau Member.
Cannot say enough good things about Devin and his team. Super honest and does what's best for you, not his pockets. Highly recommended.
Terrible customer service. My agent is never in the office and the lady that answers the phone has no idea about insurance. Increasing rates and bad service has led me to leave this company.

I have been with this agency nearly 20 years. They insure my auto, as well as my home. I made one claim 13 years ago when my well pump was hit by lightning. It cost them around $2,000.00 to cover the damage. I have never made an auto claim. My home owners insurance premium is just over $1,800.00 per year alone.
