They started great when I first joined. Rates stayed flat for the first 4 years. My agent left and a new agent came in. Then all my policies just kept on rising. I just changed companies and cut my monthly bill down from 248 to 118 a month. What hurts is that I am a Farm Bureau Member.
Terrible customer service. My agent is never in the office and the lady that answers the phone has no idea about insurance. Increasing rates and bad service has led me to leave this company.
The BEST- period! Quick and most efficient service. Best price in the nation. Treat us like family. Nothing fancy about their offices but they give the best pricing , service and care. Tina is my fave!!! Super highly recommended!!!
I have been with this agency nearly 20 years. They insure my auto, as well as my home. I made one claim 13 years ago when my well pump was hit by lightning. It cost them around $2,000.00 to cover the damage. I have never made an auto claim. My home owners insurance premium is just over $1,800.00 per year alone. It increased approximately $500.00 in one year from $1,300.00 annually. I am not a big fan of insurance companies. Be warned- do NOT DO BUSINESS with the Farm Bureau or Jack Burger. They not only over charged me for the past few years but when I cancelled they sent me a falsified bill saying I owed them back charges when the policy was fully paid up!!! I greatly regret ever having done business with such a deliberately dishonest company!!! SCOUNDRELS!!!
