I have been trying to get the correct information on my policy for the last 2 years!!!! My ex wife 3 years past is still listed on insurance information that is not relevant to her alongside her address which continues to get my documents sent to her from Farm Bureau regarding my Auto insurance policy. I have called repeatedly and they have told me they would address. I have sent numerous emails and correspondence through their site …. Same results…. Come on

At the Deland Florida office I have to say the best agent I have ever dealt with is Mindy! In all my years of purchasing car insurance this was hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had. MINDY was so knowledgeable about anything and everything i had questions about. Flawlessly wrote policy and now we will forever be a Farm Bureau client. Thank you again Mindy!

I am not a policy holder, but had to deal with them because one of there policy holders rear ended my car. This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. This started 2 months ago when my wife got rear ended, accidents happen so we weren't upset we just needed our car to be fixed. Since then we have never actually spoken to our "adjuster", I'm unsure if he's a real or made up. They never call me if I want anything to get done I have to call them. Devin was very professional and patient. First insurance policy since moving back and he wasted no time making sure I got the coverage I needed. When I found out I got a better rate elsewhere, he was understanding and helped me with the termination process of my policy. I had issues receiving the refund from my policy for about a month but Devin, again, stepped in to ensure I had gotten it! Personally, I regret cancelling the policy but who says the door is closed?

They started great when I first joined. Rates stayed flat for the first 4 years. My agent left and a new agent came in. Then all my policies just kept on rising. I just changed companies and cut my monthly bill down from 248 to 118 a month. What hurts is that I am a Farm Bureau Member.
