Alyssa Moore and her team are amazing! The communication and level of customer service is phenomenal! Alyssa treats everyone she meets like family! I have found that they have some unique products and services that not all companies offer. Local is the way to go. I love that she encourages face to face meetings! I love sending my clients to work with her because I know she looks out for the person not the policy!
This branch never communicates. We used to love Farm Bureau until we moved and had to start using this branch. They canceled our home owners insurance with no communication at all and we didnt find out until 2 months later when their letter came in the mail... and yet they STILL charged us for a years worth of insurance the month they canceled our policy. I always deal with Jane and she is the absolute best. She gets everything taken care of and looks out for your best interest. I have had Farm Bureau insurance for 30 years and used the Shreveport office the entire time and have always been treated great.
Speaking with Jane at the front desk is always a pleasant way to start any transaction at Shreveport's Farm Bureau office. She makes you feel welcome! Paulette Rambin bent over backwards to help me this week and I am appreciative. I appreciate her cheerful diligent work ethic. She's a real gem!
