Lauren obviously has a passion for what she does, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and I sleep better at night knowing that she has helped keep my family safe and provided for if anything unthinkable were to happen! So refreshing to work with someone who cares as much as she does!
Kelly Clayton and her team are the absolute best. Insurance can be difficult, but Kelly makes it easier. The customer service here is great. Do I live in Gloster? No, hardly anyone does. Do I buy my insurance there? Yes. Why? Because of Kelly Clayton.
The absolute worst. I have had this company for 15 years, the last year , unfortunately life has happened and we had to file claims. Obviously, this insurance company does not understand this. They have no problem DROPPING you if they have to pay out claims. It's called insurance for a reason. The fact that I paid a membership fee each year to have their services, is sheer stupidity on my part. No more. Effective today, we will be dropping this insurance company. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere.
I would highly Recommend Lauren Nunnary for all insurance needs. Great customer service.
Friendly service; love Chae! She's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (funny too!).
