I recently had a very troubling experience with Farm Bureau Insurance LaPlace office, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. I cannot, in good conscience, give this company more than one star. I requested that Farm Bureau Insurance cancel my vehicle insurance because I was switching to State Farm. Been with this company since 2001. I'm 63 years old with no moving accidents or speeding violations. So they keep going up on my insurance (twice in one year). I'm now saving approximately $1,500.00 a year with State Farm. Bye Bye !
I have been a customer for this agency for several years. There service is excellent. I am not talking only about claims either. I just refinanced my home and although we provided proof of insurance, but the mortgage holder did not get it. The mortgage co. was going to purchase insurance for me and bill me for it. One email to Vina and presto problem resolved. Thanks for the great service.
Horrible service woman going to tell me I need to have money in my account and not touch it and to call my bank because they didn’t pull the money that I had in my account out I will for sure be leaving them and going to someone else had problems since I started with this insurance company made me pay double in the first month
