Time and experiences change. I find that there are other places that seem to take a more personal approach, have as good of insurance and actually take care of their customers. Over the past two years the Agents seem to care less about their customers. Company has become much more corporate bound than customer friendly. Besides I dont have to pay a membership fee at the new company.
