I was a customer of Farm Bureau for years until Spring of 2023. Even though I'd filed no claims on my home or any of my vehicles (two cars and a Harley), Farm Bureau decided to raise my auto insurance significantly and literally double my homeowner's insurance. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I have never had such horrible customer service EVER! The agent sent me my ID card with my name on it but yet I was not on the policy (just my boyfriend was) and yet I had the automatic drafting coming from MY BANK ACCOUNT. Then they up and canceled my policy without notifying me until the following week and only because I ASKED about issues I had already previously had regarding my payments being irregular amounts and withdrawn on incorrect days. I was with another insurance company for many years and switched to Farm Bureau for a lower price and in the end the company I left was the better company all the way around.
