DJ Todd is very easy to work with and very professional. Chris Stockman runs a great agency! The ladies at the front desk are always a pleasure to be greeted by as well.
My agent was probably the most personal, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional agent that I’ve ever dealt with; however, he retired (or as his wife put it…”quit his job” in January 2023). I continued my insurance with farm bureau, and have been pleasantly surprised at the level of service that I’ve received (still not quite as good as my previous agent. Carter Sims).
