My agent was probably the most personal, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional agent that I’ve ever dealt with; however, he retired (or as his wife put it…”quit his job” in January 2023). I continued my insurance with farm bureau, and have been pleasantly surprised at the level of service that I’ve received (still not quite as good as my previous agent. Carter Sims).
Shannon is so sweet and always is so helpful while taking care of our Business! We love our local Farm Bureau office!!
