Michele provided me with very friendly customer service. She was very efficient and I was able to get a loan without much hassle, she did all the work. The facility was very neat and nice and cool in this hot weather. I was given complimentary water and sent on my way with money I needed and was very happy about that. I appreciate Michele’s kindness and fast service.
Phenomenal service. Edmond and Phyllida were amazing. I came in 10 minutes before closing time and they were so kind about helping me and staying late to get the service completed. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was an emergency and I received same day funding. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and this company. JOB WELL DONE!!!
My experience at this place is not what you would expect at most companies of this type of business. My experience here was more than pleasant. I needed help, and not only were they willing to help me, they did their best to make me feel comfortable and better about the decision life has forced me into. This is the first car I've ever owned the title of and did not want to do this.
