Jasmine was very helpful, she made our loan process very comfortable and easy. Very friendly and hilarious sense of humor. My wife and I had a long stressful day and she turned that around for us. The boss and the other employees were very nice and friendly as well. Thankful they were able to help us get a loan.
If I could give this business a 0, I would. The new desk ladies are not helpful if Jasmine is not there. We have been trying to recover our Title for the past five months! Jasmine is never there. We want our title back now. We paid off our account! The owners or whoever is above Jasmine needs to help us. If Jasmine sees this release our title! This is ridiculous. They have a bad habit of not returning calls and their voice mailbox is always full so impossible to leave message. Also would like to add that my original loan was for $500.00 but after making payments for approximately 6 months my pay off amount is now over $700.00 how does that work? At that rate I will never getvit payed off.
Great customer service! I highly recommend this location. They really do care about their customers coming back. Jasmine is my favorite one to see there. She's always so sweet and happy to help. She answers all my questions and makes everything fast and simple.
Went in there with a couple of questions and jasmine was amazing with all the answers. She has the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Will be recommending this place and of course her for sure.
