I would suggest going to Title Max across the street. Our needs were met there and we were treated with decency and respect. I think if the owner could go back and listen to how we were talked to here at Fast Auto Loans- he/she would make some changes. Customer Service is so important even in the loan industry.
Very fast service! I needed cash before my next paycheck and the staff were very professional, knew what they were doing, and again fast! There was no hassle in paying off the loan.
There were two ladies working this evening. The younger one was sweet, pleasant, and welcoming. The older one was annoyed we came in and spoke rude to us from the start.
Azalea is great! Always friendly and personable! Takes care of my business needs. My 3rd time here and it is a great experience always!
