I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Manager Nydia at the Fast Auto Loan location: 4401 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711. I received a phone call from the manager advising me that I was late on payment. I respectfully told her that I will be taking care of the past-due and current-due amounts on Thursday or Friday because I lost my job. Her response and tone was uncall for. I just want to say we have been customers here for at least 3yrs, and we have been working with Nydia 😀!!! She is absolutely amazing, and helpful. She always has answers for our questions, and wants to help us find solutions for our financial needs!! If you're needing a small loan, this is the place to come!!
