I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Manager Nydia at the Fast Auto Loan location: 4401 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711. I received a phone call from the manager advising me that I was late on payment. I respectfully told her that I will be taking care of the past-due and current-due amounts on Thursday or Friday because I lost my job. Her response and tone was uncall for.
